I am a first-year Interior Architecture student at the University of Oregon. I plan to apply to the Architecture program later this year. My interest in architecture stems from an obsession with combining creativity and engineering. I've always loved math and physics, and hope to switch programs to follow this passion. 

I'm intrigued by sustainability and am excited about the opportunities architecture provides to create environmentally conscious architecture. I am curious about color and shapes, and how these skills can lend themselves to the physical world. My goal is to be able to create spaces that consider the world around them while also using my own creativity. Being able to utilize both these skills is why architecture is so important to me. Although new to the field of architecture, I have experience with drawing, painting, hand sculpting, digital design, and mixed media. I want to learn how to translate these skills into an architectural lens.

I am looking forward to learning how to better navigate the digital world of design. While I have extensive experience with Adobe design products, I am excited about the opportunities that other platforms can offer.
